At Isabella Voyages, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple return and refund process.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  • A valid proof of purchase (order details or receipt) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that are damaged due to misuse or negligence are not eligible for return.
  • Customized or special-order items cannot be returned unless defective.

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds are only applicable after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Since we only accept Cash on Delivery, refunds will be processed either as:
    • Cash refund at the time of return pickup (if applicable), or
    • Bank transfer upon confirmation (if you provide account details).
  • Refund processing time may take 5–10 business days.
